Through biblical principles, practical leadership coaching, and accountability, we'll work on becoming stronger leaders in our homes, workplaces, churches, and communities.

The challenges facing our families, communities, and country are impossible to ignore. We can discuss politics, debate cultural issues, and recognize the failures of leadership around us. Those conversations have their place. The LIFE Path: A Practical Process for Leadership Formation
The coaching is built around the LIFE Path, a biblical leadership-development framework created by Lead Thru Life. Each stage builds on the previous one, helping men turn their biblical convictions into practical leadership in everyday life.
LEVERAGE — Understand Who You Are and What God Has Entrusted to You. Discover your identity, gifts, responsibilities, assignment, and vision for the future.
INFLUENCE — Lead Yourself So You Can Better Lead Others. Strengthen character, inner governance, relationships, communication, and your ability to positively influence people.
FOCUS — Give Your Best Attention to What Matters Most. Develop faith-aligned goals, manage competing priorities, and steward your time, energy, and attention.
EXECUTE — Have the Courage to Act and the Discipline to Finish. Build courage, establish sustainable habits, follow through on commitments, and finish well.
HOW IT WORKS
More Than Conversation. Leadership That Leads to Action.
The Stand Fast Leadership Circle is centered on practical leadership coaching grounded in a biblical worldview. We won't simply gather to discuss problems or exchange opinions about the culture. We'll work on developing the men who can make a meaningful difference within it.
Each week, we'll meet live on Zoom to explore a leadership principle, examine real-life challenges, ask meaningful questions, and identify ways to put what we're learning into practice. You'll have opportunities to reflect on your own leadership, engage with other men, receive coaching, and be challenged to follow through.
Some conversations will address leading your family. Others may focus on discipline, difficult decisions, relationships, communication, priorities, courage, or the responsibilities we carry as Christian men in today's culture. The goal isn't to leave a meeting merely inspired. It's to leave better prepared to lead.

This community is for Christian men who care about faith, freedom, family, and the future of our nation. Men who recognize that our country faces serious challenges but also understand that meaningful change requires personal responsibility.
