We’re seeking a dynamic Work-from-Home Assistant to join our mission-driven team and support our clients in achieving personal and professional growth.
 

Responsibilities
 

• Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms to promote our programs.

• Review and organize client assessments for the LIFE Path System, ensuring easy access for future reference.

• Assist in moderating Zoom calls for client sessions and workshops.

• Collaborate on building compelling slide deck content for presentations and training.

• Provide knowledgeable support to clients, answering questions about the LIFE Path System to ensure successful program completion.

• Support the team with administrative tasks and event coordination for occasional speaking engagements.
   

Qualifications
 

• Deep understanding of the LIFE Path System (required to assist clients effectively).

• Passion for personal growth and leadership development.

• Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience with social media management, content creation, and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom).

• Proficiency in tools like Google Suite, Microsoft Office, or slide deck software (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva).

• Willingness to travel occasionally for speaking events.

• Prior administrative or assistant experience is a plus but not required.
   

Technical Requirements
 

• Must have an up-to-date working computer.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.

• A distraction-free workspace conducive to focused work.
